For the last seven years we have been providing the following services to Hewlett Packard.
Course Design: -
We have designed entry-level courses for HP's support partners. These courses are aimed at equipping the support engineers with necessary skills to:-
- Understand the hardware technologies used in HP's range of Netservers, Desktops and Peripherals.
- Analyse and troubleshoot field hardware and software problems.
- Be able to configure, implement, troubleshoot, manage and maintain networks using HP's hardware and software tools.
The trainings designed by us are:-
- HP PC Training:
A technology and product training aimed at understanding the basic hardware technologies and their implementation in HP's range of Desktops, installation, configuration, networking and troubleshooting these products.
- HP Entry level Peripheral Training:
A technology and product training aimed at familiarization with the technologies used in the HP range of Laser printers, Inkjet printers and Scanners as well as basic maintenance and troubleshooting of these products.
Training Delivery: -
We have also been delivering trainings designed by HP's training divisions in the USA. and in the last three years we have trained close to 2000 professionals working with HP partners in the following areas:-
- HP NetServer Core Training:
A technology and product training aimed at configuration, installation, management and maintenance of HP Netserver range of Intel servers.
- HP SureStore Professional Training:
A technology and product training aimed at configuration, installation and troubleshooting HP's Sure Store range of data storage products.
- HP NetWork Printing Solutions Training:
A product training aimed at familiarisation with HP's range of network printing (hardware and software) solutions.
- HP Server Management Tools Training:
A product training aimed at familiarization with HP's range of network management solutions.
- HP Hard Copy Solutions Training:
A product training aimed at configuration, installation, troubleshooting HP's range of Hard Copy peripherals.
- HP WebJetAdmin Training:
A product training aimed at familiarisation with HP's network peripheral management software.
- HP NetServer & Microsoft Cluster Training:
A product training aimed at configuration, installation and troubleshooting Microsoft's Cluster Software on HP's Netserver range of Intel Servers.
All the above trainings are 40% theory and 60% hands on labs. Some of these trainings also lead to (Prometric based) Certifications which are known as HP STAR Certification.
